This is a 31 year old female from the Phoenix, Arizona area who came to my Scottsdale, Arizona area medical office seeking a breast enhancement. This patient had B cup breasts and was interested in becoming a full C cup. She was a very athletic person, and was interested in maintaining a proportionate, natural appearance.

In this patient, I used Mentor smooth, round, moderate plus profile cohesive silicone gel implants. I placed the implants through the areola and under the chest muscle for the most natural look. I decided to use 375cc implants on each side to achieve a full C cup in this patient.

Postoperatively, this patient recovered extremely well and was very excited with the natural appearance and feel of her new breasts.
