This patient is a 38 year old female from Arizona who presented to my Scottsdale, Arizona area medical practice with interest in "Mommy Makeover "surgery.  This patient wished to have fuller, perkier breasts and a flatter, more contoured abdomen.

I felt that this patient was an excellent candidate for breast augmentation with a circumareolar mastopexy (breast tightening around the areola), an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and liposuction of the flanks (love handles). 

In surgery, I placed Mentor 300cc smooth, round, moderate plus profile implants through the areolas and behind the chest muscles for the best and most natural result.  I also performed a circumareolar mastopexy to elevate the areolas into a higher position and to tighten the breasts.  With regards to the abdomen, I performed a full abdominoplasty with muscle tightening and liposuction of the flanks. 

After surgery, this patient recovered very nicely and she was extremely happy with the fuller, perkier appearance of her breasts, and the flatter, more contoured appearance of her abdomen.
